🏃 SAFe Agilist (Leading SAFe)
Free, independent SAFe Agilist / Leading SAFe exam-preparation with a signed certificate. Learn the modules, pass the exam.
Last updated: June 2026
An independent, free exam-preparation course that walks through the publicly documented Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 6) the way the Leading SAFe / SAFe Agilist (SA) certification tests it. It builds the Lean-Agile mindset and SAFe core values, then works through the ten SAFe Lean-Agile principles, the role of Lean-Agile leaders, the Agile Release Train (ART) and Agile teams, Program Increment (PI) Planning, the four SAFe configurations (Essential, Large Solution, Portfolio and Full), Lean Portfolio Management, the seven core competencies of business agility, Team & Technical Agility, Agile Product Delivery, DevOps and the continuous delivery pipeline, leading change with the Implementation Roadmap, and exam strategy. It uses visual lessons, worked examples, original self-check questions and a 45-question final exam. It is awareness/prep only — not the official Scaled Agile Leading SAFe course or the SAFe Agilist exam — and claims no Scaled Agile affiliation or endorsement; SAFe and Scaled Agile Framework are trademarks of Scaled Agile, Inc. The course is organized into 22 modules, ending with a final exam (pass mark 80%). It is independent, free exam-preparation training — not an official or accredited review course.
