👥 SHRM-CP Exam Prep (HR)
Free, independent SHRM-CP exam-preparation over the SHRM BASK with a signed certificate. Learn the competencies, pass the exam.
Last updated: June 2026
An independent, free exam-preparation course built around the SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (SHRM BASK) — the framework SHRM uses to define what is tested on the SHRM-CP exam. It walks through the eight behavioral competencies (Leadership & Navigation, Ethical Practice, Relationship Management, Communication, Global & Cultural Effectiveness, Business Acumen, Consultation and Critical Evaluation) and the HR functional knowledge organized into three domains — People (talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, total rewards), Organization (structure, workforce management, employee & labor relations, technology) and Workplace (HR in the global context, diversity & inclusion, risk management, corporate social responsibility and employment-law basics). It uses visual lessons, worked HR scenarios, original self-check questions, a dedicated lesson on situational-judgment items and a 45-question final exam. It is awareness/prep only — not the official SHRM Learning System or the SHRM-CP exam — and claims no SHRM affiliation or endorsement. It maps to SHRM-CP (SHRM BASK competencies & HR knowledge). The course is organized into 22 modules, ending with a final exam (pass mark 80%). It is independent, free exam-preparation training — not an official or accredited review course.
