✚ CPHQ Healthcare Quality
Free, independent CPHQ exam-preparation in healthcare quality with a signed certificate. Learn the modules, pass the exam.
Last updated: June 2026
An independent, free exam-preparation course aligned to the publicly published CPHQ Examination Content Outline from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). It walks through the four scored domains — Organizational/Quality Leadership & Structure, Health Data Analytics, Performance & Process Improvement, and Patient Safety — plus the cross-cutting themes of population health and care transitions. Using visual lessons, worked examples, original self-check questions and a 45-question final exam, it builds exam-ready understanding of quality frameworks, strategic planning, accreditation and regulatory standards (The Joint Commission, CMS), data collection and measurement, statistical tools such as run and control charts, improvement methodologies (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA), patient-safety culture and event reporting, care coordination and population health. It is awareness/prep only — not the official NAHQ review course or the CPHQ exam itself — and claims no NAHQ affiliation or endorsement. The course is organized into 22 modules, ending with a final exam (pass mark 80%). It is independent, free exam-preparation training — not an official or accredited review course.
