Recognize psychosocial hazards at work, spot the signs of stress in yourself and others, understand the ISO 45003 management approach and the hierarchy of controls for psychological risk, reduce stigma, hold a supportive conversation and signpost professional help, and know the manager and worker duties that protect wellbeing. The course is organized into 7 modules, ending with a final exam (pass mark 80%). It is free awareness-level training designed for anyone who needs a practical, working understanding of the topic.
