An independent, free exam-preparation course aimed at senior HR professionals sitting the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) exam. It works through the publicly published SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (SHRM BASK) at the senior, strategic level — the three knowledge domains (People, Organization, Workplace) and the three behavioral-competency clusters (Leadership, Interpersonal, Business) — applied to leading the HR function and aligning HR with enterprise strategy. The SCP exam weighs strategy and judgment more heavily than the CP, so this course emphasises situational-judgment thinking: aligning HR with business strategy, organizational effectiveness and development, workforce planning and analytics, total-rewards and talent strategy, change leadership, labor relations, global and DEI strategy, HR technology, ethics, risk governance, and measuring HR's value. It is awareness/prep only — not the official SHRM Learning System or the certification exam — and claims no SHRM affiliation or endorsement. It maps to SHRM-SCP (senior HR leadership & strategy, SHRM BASK). The course is organized into 22 modules, ending with a final exam (pass mark 80%). It is independent, free exam-preparation training — not an official or accredited review course.
