A free, practical course that prepares you to design and deliver effective training to adults. It works through how adults learn, writing measurable learning objectives, the ADDIE design cycle, building engaging sessions and visual materials, facilitation and platform skills, managing groups and difficult situations, and the four levels of evaluating training impact. Each module pairs accurate theory with hands-on technique, original self-check questions and a final exam. It is awareness/professional-development training and not a vendor certification. It maps to Adult learning & training delivery. The course is organized into 7 modules, ending with a final exam (pass mark 80%). It is free awareness-level training designed for anyone who needs a practical, working understanding of the topic.
