🎓 How certificates work

Every course ends with a real, signed certificate — free, and yours to keep.

What you get

When you complete any course and pass its knowledge check (80% or higher), AMAADOR ACADEMY generates a personalised Certificate of Completion that you can print or save as a PDF, or download as a Word document. There is no charge and no account required.

Every certificate carries

  • Your name and position — exactly as you entered them.
  • The course title and the standard it is aligned with (e.g. ISO 45001, NFPA 10, OSHA 1910.147).
  • The date of completion.
  • A unique reference number — for example ACAD-FIRE-20260619-A1B2C — generated from your details, the course code and the date.
  • A QR code that links back to the academy website, plus the issuing signature of the instructor.
  • An official seal with the course code.

The four steps

1

Enter your details

Your name and job title. They appear on the certificate and never leave your device.

2

Learn the modules

Work through the illustrated, bite-sized modules at your own pace.

3

Pass the quiz

Score at least 80% on the knowledge check. You can retry as many times as you like.

4

Download & share

Print, save as PDF, or download as Word — then add it to your CV or LinkedIn.

Is it accredited?

These are completion certificates for awareness and exam-preparation training. They are a credible record that you studied the material and passed an assessment — excellent for your professional development, internal training records and CV — but they are not accredited or government-issued qualifications, and the exam-prep courses are independent and not affiliated with the official certification bodies. Always confirm any mandatory or regulatory training requirements with your competent authority and your organisation.

Privacy

The whole experience runs in your browser. Your name and position are stored only on your own device (local storage) so your certificate can be generated — nothing is sent to any server. See our privacy page for details.
