It maps to ISO 26000 social responsibility. The course is organized into 7 modules, ending with a final exam (pass mark 80%). It is free awareness-level training designed for anyone who needs a practical, working understanding of the topic.

- List and describe the 7 core subjects and the 7 underlying principles of ISO 26000
- Recognise bribery, conflicts of interest and the role of ISO 37001, the UK Bribery Act and the US FCPA
- Apply human-rights and supply-chain due diligence in line with the UN Guiding Principles and OECD guidance
- Identify and engage stakeholders, and map the 7 core subjects to ESG
- Explain ESG reporting via GRI, EU CSRD/ESRS and the UN SDGs, including GHG scopes 1–3
- Act ethically every day, report concerns safely, and reduce your environmental footprint
