Terms for paid offers

These terms apply to the paid offers on these pages and complete the site terms.

Prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe; your receipt is your invoice.

Mock exams, toolbox-talk library and Academy Plus: access is linked to the email used at checkout and starts right after payment. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Refunds for digital access: full refund on request within 14 days if you have used less than 20% of the content (for example fewer than one full mock exam attempt). Faulty content we cannot fix is always refunded.

Practice questions are original and are not official exam questions. Not affiliated with or endorsed by ISC2, CompTIA, AWS or ASQ. No pass guarantee.

Toolbox talks cover general good practice and are not legal advice. Points on local rules must be confirmed with your HSE lead.

Certificates are AMAADOR Academy certificates, verifiable by QR. They are not accredited certifications.

Custom courses are governed by the written quote, which sets scope, review rounds, timeline, payment terms and ownership.
