Learning objectives
- Match the current component, variant, orientation, revision, process, equipment selector, and exact operation-code route before work.
- Verify tool identity, current authorized program, calibration or status evidence, gauges, scanners, cameras, and control benches without adjustment.
- Follow the controlled assembly and tightening sequence while keeping hands and the body outside pinch, crush, stored-energy, and ejection paths.
- Use only the current local torque record and the current local acceptance record, preserve traceability, and isolate missing, duplicate, damaged, cross-threaded, or otherwise suspect fastening.
- Recognize scanner, gauge, camera, tool, control-bench, spring, assist-device, guard, and jam abnormalities and route them to safe stop and authorized escalation.
- Distinguish normal operation, abnormal containment, emergency response, rework authorization, and machine-specific energy control without performing an intervention.
